Ingredients

One 14 ounce can of corn niblets (or the kernels cut from 2 – 3 fresh corn cobbs)
1 – 2 Jalapeno peppers, finely diced (remove seeds for less spice)
3 green onions, chopped (or substitute chives)
2cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 lime (or substitute lemon) juiced
3 tablespoons olive oil
hot sauce to taste
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
One avocado, chopped
salt and pepper
